    Research Associate - Part Time 

     

    Metrostudy, a Hanley Wood company, is the leading provider of market intelligence for the new home construction industry. We are currently seeking a part- time (15-20 hrs/wk) Research Associate in the Raleigh, NC office.

    Participate in a fast-paced environment that directly affects the local housing market, while researching, and recording housing information.

     

     

     JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collect/validate data through established processes
    • Evaluate and maintain database integrity
    • Process third party records in compliance with standardized methodology
    • Maintain and update database information
    • Support managers and field survey staff
    • Gain market knowledge and insight
    • Periodically conduct field audits
    • Represent Metrostudy in a professional manner

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Detail-oriented individual with strong problem solving abilities
    • Excellent written and oral communication
    • Possess strong research motivation while adhering to firm deadlines
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Accurate alpha/numeric typing skills 
    • Strong organizational skills with commitment to quality, accuracy, and efficiency

    Candidates for this position must have a reliable vehicle and will be required to submit to a criminal background check and driving record.

     

    Compensation for this position is $10.50-11.50/hr.
