The Event Internship is an opportunity to gain meaningful experience in a corporate event management. The selected intern will work alongside a seasoned group of event planning professionals and will learn and become involved in marketing principles and practices for a national top 10 B2B media company. Hanley Wood Interns will be exposed to many aspects of our business and play a meaningful role in our event operations.
Hanley Wood’s looking for a highly motivated hard working individual who is organized, reliable and passionate about event planning. Work closely with event directors and producers, along with marketers and designers to deliver successful events across the country from conferences, receptions, to mobile tours. This position will offer 20-30 hours per week pending to start Feburary 2019. Specific schedules are flexible within our core business hours (8:30AM – 5:30PM).
