Metrostudy is the leading provider of rich data and decision tools for residential real estate development and new-home construction. Metrostudy customers include homebuilders, building product manufacturers, land developers, appraisers, real estate investors, municipalities, financial institutions, and investment banking firms. We also serve as a premier source for new home statistics and commentary for major media publications and organizations around the country. The Research Associate position would be a great opportunity for a recent college graduate who is looking to learn more about the real estate industry.
Acquire, update, and reconcile database information from primary sources via the telephone. Process third party information into internal database. Obtain and maintain high quality data through prescribed standardized data collection and data entry techniques. Maintain excellent agent and builder relationships through brief, professional telephone interviews. Ensure the goals of accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary range for this position is $12.48-$13.50 per hour.
