Senior Inside Sales and Services Supervisor


Hanley Wood is currently seeking a Senior Inside Sales and Services Supervisor to work with our house plans group in Tucson, AZ.  Hanley Wood operates the world’s largest online marketplace for home and architectural blueprints, with top destination sites Houseplans.com, ePlans.com, and Dreamhomesource.com.


The Sales and Services Supervisor will both oversee and offer a consultative sales approach to achieve optimal performance goals for the Tucson inside sales team.  The role of the Senior Sales and Services Supervisor will be 50% personal sales and 50% team sales coaching and supervision.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Meets or exceeds overall financial sales goals by effective communication, motivation, training, and coaching in the Tucson location
  • Supervise daily sales activities of Tucson team
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales process
  • Prepares, analyzes and presents sales reports
  • Promote and sell existing and new products/services to customers in a sales team setting
  • Manage inbound leads via phone, email, and chat to identify qualified prospects
  • Manage a high volume of outbound sales activities to prospect qualified sales opportunities
  • Prepare and present building cost reports
  • Maintain accurate and current information in Salesforce CRM database
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to market products and services to existing leads
  • Provide post-sale customer support
  • Works with General Manager to ensure sales team goals are met


  • Have 4+ years of inside sales experience and/or leadership as part of a small team
  • Proven experience as an exceptional sales achiever and leader
  • Be tech savvy and passionate about selling
  • Have experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Be proficient using Microsoft Office suite
  • Be a great communicator, both verbal and written
