Research Associate – Quarterly - Part Time - Field Position

Are you Smart, Reliable and Detail Oriented?  Are you looking to get out and explore new home communities in your local area?  We are hiring outstanding individuals to join our housing research team in the Johnston County NC area.  This position will require 30-40 hours of work during each quarter.  Compensation starts at $8.25/hour plus mileage reimbursement.


Metrostudy, a Hanley Wood Company, is the leading provider of data and decision making tools for residential real estate development and new-home construction. Our customers include: homebuilders, land developers, real estate investors, financial institutions and more.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES •Drive through new home communities to update data, including construction activity & product offerings •Complete paperwork as instructed • Ensure high quality standards are maintained •Build strong working relationships with sales agents •Represent Metrostudy in a friendly and professional manner •Be on time and prepared for all meetings.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS •Some college coursework •Excellent communication skills •Ability to work in a highly organized manner and meet all established deadlines •Attention to detail • Work well independently, as well as in a team environment •Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance required •Live within the market's geographic area during the tenure of the position.
